The Commission
Audi, one of the big players in the automotive sector, commissioned Pokeshot in autumn 2016 to replace its existing external employee portal with a new platform (We are Audi).
The Challenge
The challenge for Pokeshot was the technical implementation of this project. In addition to mirrored content from the internal staff portal, all employees should be given the opportunity to create their own content and groups, interact with one another via social functions, and network on leisure-oriented topics.
The Solutions
Pokeshot built a Jive platform based on the Jive standard and therefore releasable platform which meets the individual requirements of Audi. “We are Audi” has a registration process developed specifically for Audi, which ensures that only Audi employees can register and use the portal. With two self-developed content types, ads can be created, for example, or content can be mirrored from an internal employee portal, without having to duplicate them. Updates in the internal employee portal are automatically transferred to “We are Audi”. In addition, it is accessible from the Internet from all private devices.
Results
With the help of Jive technology, Pokeshot has replaced Audi’s existing external employee portal with a new, collaborative platform (We are Audi). Through a large number of individual adjustments it is easy to use and promotes networking among the employees of the company.
