The Challenge

Savills advises corporate, institutional and private clients seeking to acquire, lease, develop or realise the value of prime residential and commercial property in the world’s key locations. The firm was looking for a fast, simple, and effective temporary solution, to enable them to migrate content from a legacy intranet in Australia and New Zealand to their new global Jive intranet. The solution needed to provide the ability to assign authors to the content, set tags to simplify the search in Jive and place the content in the relevant spaces.

The Solution

Savills chose Bulk Upload from Pokeshot for on Premise and hosted Jive instances. This solution could be implemented within a couple of minutes and it was available for the Savills team in Australia and New Zealand to start using it straight away.
